I've done my research and ive heard alot about what watt to use, but never what kind of fixture to get. I currently have an 8.5inch reptile light fixture that i'm using to grow my double diesel ryder (auto strain)..I currently have a 19w - 75w equal, cfl.. I know i know not bright enough. I bought 2 80w - 400w equal CFL's... They finally came today.. The damn things are huge.. And they dont fit my reptile light fixture, because of the base which is 3.5inch diameter.. If i take the reflector trim off the light fixture, then i can use it.. What are you guys using for your big cfls? Because, obviously, a light without a reflector is pointless.
