Hello all i am currently growing an autoflower strain and am on day 22 of it and am going into flower. I was wondering how bad it is to expose light to it when the lights are off? A couple times when the lights where off i peaked into my grow area with a light..is that real bad for it?

I wouldnt say it is real bad for them, but its definatley not a good idea either.

I know I am guilty of peeking from time to time, and Ive never had a problem or a plant go hermie. Just try to keep it to a minimum for now on.

If u must look in during the period of having ur lights off for whatever reason, then use a green filter on ur torch, or a green light bulb.
Plants dont use this spectrum of light.

Hold it. You said autoflower. If it is an autoflower it should not be on 12/12 at all. It should get 24/7 light.

Hmm, i did not know this, you learn something new everyday..

What sort of problems will arise from a 12/12 photoperiod for an autoflower?
Stress, or just less yield?
