light cycle question

so i havta hed outta town and my plants are on 12/12 and im leaving before the lights will turn onn .if i put light on the plants fer few minutes jus to check them before i leave water and such..will havin light on them fer few minutes mess them up at all there more then week in flower.

get yourself a green party bulb. you will be able to see and the green spectrun doesnt affect the photoperiod
