Light cycle!!! 13-11 bak to 12-12!!

Would there be any problems with my plants if I put them bak from a 13-11 cycle to a 12-12 cycle!??? It wouldn't cause problems would it?? I'm just trying to put another plant to flower!! Or can a plant begin to flower under 13/11?? Not likely ryt?

How is the 13 11 going ?
Would u post some info/ pics of how this is going ?
