I decided to use 2 fluorescent fixtures,1 4-tube and 1 2-tube, right now only the 4-tube is set up and Im trying to decide how to set up both fixtures at once. Is it best to have some light coming from overtop the plants or is it ok to have it come from the sides completely? I was thinking of putting the 2-tube behind the plants so that it shines from the side, and putting the 4-tube in front, or put both above and tilt at an angle so that it gets light from the top and sides. What would be best? Also, if they are only 2" tall max. should I wait til they get first node of leaves b/f switching to lighting from the sides?
