Light Burn

I have my lights at the suggested level for flowering but the tips are getting some light burn so my question is if i raise the lights will it still be getting the light quality in the flowering range? I don't see any light burn at all those burns on your tips are from PH or Nutes but you may wanna ask for a 2nd opinion !
