I can understand accidental pleasure... maybe not to the point of orgasm. I guess this is a minority we are talking about. And some women have spontaneous orgasms. It might be to do with some pelvic floor muscle clenching during exercise.

But I wouldn't go as far to say generally 'women can orgasm from exercise.'

Maybe the women who said they had orgasms all had some form of this

it could be possible i mean i wake up with morning glory pretty much everyday and all i've done is hug a pillow all night. NIghtmare sometimes - have you ever tried to wee wee with a massive erection 웃

Doesn't seem that unlikely. I gave a girl an orgasm just giving her a backrub in one oddly erogenous zone she had. A friend of mines girlfriend can orgasm just by thinking about it as well apparently, although I cannot confirm or deny it.

You have to back up into the shower and estimate the arch correctly. After you do the math, it becomes fun.
