Lets talk about PH down?

Just a quick thread without a lot of words (I type too much)...

I was wondering if anyone knows if using PH down continuously can cause problems. Can PH down cause salts to buildup? Does it interfere with soil life? (microbes, fungus, bacteria etc)

Are there any experts that can share their knowledge concerning PH down usage? Pros, Cons, etc? I guess this also applies to PH up. something I don't need to use due to silicon (I use silicon to raise PH as needed)... But thought I'd ask because others might use PH up..

Most people use phosphoric acid as pH down. The small amounts needed to adjust water won't have much effect on the plant. In the end you're just upping the phosphate in the water by a few ppm.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was phosphate in the end. Maybe its something I don't need to worry about then.
