Lets play: Spot that pest!

Ok so if anybody could help me identify or fight these pests harassing my plants that would be awesome. Here are the clues.

4 out of 5 plants have these marks
Plants 25 days old
Outdoors
I check under leaves every now and again and never see anything
Some leaves are only 4 days old and have the white marks on them already (does this rule out leaf miners?)
Some of the white marks look like trails
I've spotted some orange fruit flies on them occasionally
I've once spotted a small white moth thing on them too

I sprayed with pyrethrin today. Im hoping its not leaf miners, since some of the white trails are broken it doesn't look like leaf miner damage from what i've seen on google images.

at a guess it could be mites,The moth looking thing could be Whiteflies

I was going to guess a moth or butterfly larva ( caterpillar. :0 )

Every time I see a trail I think miners.

Yeah i think it was a white fly, after looking around there's a couple pests that fir the profile. Guess i'll keep spraying stuff and hope for the best.

HMMM..Me thinks you gotz a thrip problem my friend.
