Strawberry banana first and blackberry platinum second. Figure i chop at xmas,which is another 9 days. Seeing some amber but not enough for my liking. Let me know what u all think.

Forget xmas ... add at LEAST 2 weeks.
Im backlogged though.hahaha. your probably right though but its either 9 days or 26 days that i can chop since i leave 2 weeks at a time. Will see what they look like in 9 days and make my decision then
 
Triches at calyx areas tell true maturity, leaf areas ripen at faster rate and is not representative of bud maturity. Also , pistils STILL need to color off and pull back ( recede ) and it looks like it can add more weight to buds.
 
if the issue is not having enough space and you have other plants you need to flip, you could manually bring them in and out of the tent every 12 hours to allow double the space for the remaining time.
All you would need to do is set up a dark room with some ventilation
