lemon skunk vs. super lemon haze...

i liked SLH so much, i got the lemon skunk that IS half of it... now, its not completely finished, but it smells the same in lemonness, and its way shorter... why do people buy SLH instead??

Really?? I thought that was obvious.. The SLH has more sativa in it (hence the haze cross), finishes a bit later than the LS and has a totally different high. If you a sativa fan, the SLH will appeal more than the LS, which is indica dominant.. Does taste similar, but hey most lemon strains do.. thats the point... they all taste like lemon.. I've grown both. I personally prefer Barneys Amnesia Lemon to the SLH... But I love the Lemon Skunk.. Fookin knock out high, I tend to let mine go close to 70 days, they don't need it.. but that extra week or so really gives that lemon flavour full oomph...Tasty tasty weed. Im just trying the DNA Lemon Skunk opposed to the Green House one... but its a long way from a smoke report yet

i kave lemon diesel from emerald triangle, too... it doesnt have that lemony POP that the SLH and LS have. they smell EXACTLY the same, dude. and skunk IS sativa, right? theres just not a lot of difference from what i smell yet. keep in mind, i already mentioned its not finished. im in the 4th week... right when the buds pop and the smell becomes really apparent.

if i can get buds that are the same, why grow SLH... the pheno i kept has a stretch that is unmanageable. the lemon skunk... regular cheese stretch.

i have a few slh grows under my belt & have grown dna lemon skunk & ggg lemon stomper is in its final stages right now but overall slh is my favorite of the lemon stuff i havent grown gh- lemon skunk yet

I have yet to try the Super Lemon Haze, but Lemon Skunk is garbage IMHO. My buddy grew some last year, outdoors, all organic, and it just gave me a weak buzz and headache afterward.

Jacks Cleaner is a wayyyyy better, stronger, lemon fresh strain.
