LEGALLY Altering an MauHaung ephedrine plant somehow ?

Even though ephedrine is a good stimulant on its own I'd like to figure out a way to boost its "eurphoriant" properties maybe through a specific nutrient plan or pollination(s) / any other GROWING methods that do not include "GASBAKING" Some ways to make it a more substantial plant while being grown or even NON-chemical curing methods ???

Many plants produce slightly more alcks. with a heavy dose of N days-weeks before harvest
