Well the licence obviously helped a little, they couldn't charge him & had to return him home....
My lawyer would love this...So would I...

The footage is a major factor in demonstrating how poorly this was all handled. Im positive he can find a few attorneys willing to take this case pro bono on the basis of it being a slam dunk win.
