LED or HPS?

Ok folks need your help yet again lol. I've been reading some mixed up stuff on LED vs. HPS lights but, only been able to find info from like 2 years ago. now I'm sure things have changed since 2 years ago and wanted to see if any of you had any experience with either the LED's or HPS lights.

I'm hearing you could grow plants more cost efficiently using the LED's but, could end up with weaker and less budded plants at the same time.

HPS is how friends of mine have been doing it for years now so it's really all I know and if I'd end up with stronger and heavier budded planets then I'm thinking HPS is the way to go.

What do you any of you think?

No Man Led's are good for 1 thing Ashtrays HPS always

you can't beat mh/hps for growing. You can grow with lesser lights but the results show it.

led can be used for cloning a 2x2 area pretty well at 45 watts.

i read that led grow light is equal to a 400w hps so im thinking you might need a few and at 5-600 a pop they arnt on the cheap side but do use less electricity if you got the money might be worth it i would love to see a grow journal on led's so we can see the results
