LED growing ????

So whats up with this LED thing anyone know about it, tried it, so on i know they would use less power but are they as good? and what for the whoile grow or just flower, veg, or clone or what ?

check out grasscity.com forums, a few articles on there of led grows. not sure about them myself, seem very expensive for a decent grow...
