LED Grow Lights Red/Blue Spectrum

plain and simple...

LEDs arent ready yet...and they cost an arm and a leg

give them a good 5-10 years...theyre ok at best for veg but will give you stringy pop corn budded plants that wont yield nearly as much...

yeah, you save a few bucks on your light bill and heat isnt an issue (which could be disadvantageous if youre in a colder region of where ever youre from and use the heat from a standard bulb to get a desired temp) but youll overall come out with shittier results...

some people will swear by LEDs but theyre usually people who're new growers who've never grown with anything else...they were told (by people on here probably) that theyd fail, so whatever tiny amount they did yield was a huge success, when unbeknownst to them, they couldve doubled (or better) their yield using an HPS bulb

thats my $0.02...and its a shiny two cents
