Leaving town 3 days cant refill hydro daily?

I was planning on setting up a seedling just before I leave town. However I know you have to maintain or top of water level frequently. If its a small plant, it should be ok 3 days or so right? Since they drink so little at that stage. I have a 5 gallon bucket dwc setup. I was going to set my rockwool cube in there and let her hip just before I go.

The problem with starting from seed with the dwc is that you sometimes have to hand water a bit til the roots reach water. So after you days you may come home and find a full bucket yet a dried out seedling. I recommend just starting once you get back. Not like three days is gonna give uou alot of growth to come home to.

Yes. It's barely sprouting out of the rockwool. Good advice thanks. Id rather be able to keep an eye on it.
