Leaves shriveling and falling off, please help

I am growing Blue Dream and Purple Barney in a vertiscrog and I have been having problems for a while now. I first had spider mites which I killed with a foliar spray of 2/3 water, 1/3 isopropyl alcohol, and a few drops each vegetable oil and dish soap. Once I finally killed off the spider mites, I then got thrips, who weren't bothered that much by my foliar spray. So I then pureed garlic, cayenne pepper, a bit of cider vinegar, ginger, and basil leaves with the water, strained it out, and mixed it with the same amount of alcohol, oil, and soap. I sprayed this onto the plants for once a day for 5 days straight. This has definitely now killed the thrips and stopped the damage they were causing, but now I have noticed these small white flea like things in the soil that jump around a lot and my leaves are shriveling up and falling off. The first two are my two Purple Barneys, the second two are my two Blue Dreams.

Does this look like an effect of the foliar spray, whatever the white flea like things are in the soil, or maybe over fert? Whatever the white things in the soil are, I have switched to homemade nicotine spray poison and I am killing them regardless. It's probably not too hot from the lights as I can't afford to heat my house warmer than 64F right now and the lights are actually farther away than when they were in veg. I'm in week four of flowering using Jack's Blossom Booster, please help!

Cool setup..it maybe all the spraying. Check if bugs on soil are springtails.

Hmm. The alcohol by itself never hurt anything before but I was using it much more and that sprectracide is cheap. New leaves still are dying though even though I stopped spraying 3 days ago, maybe I'll spray them down with just water. The bugs do seem to be springtails and it seems the nicotine killed most of them. Thanks for the help, hopefully they live. For the setup, the lights and plants are attached to wire shelving which is held by closet poles on a wooden frame I built, so the lights and/or plants can be slid back and forth as needed and the plants get light on both sides evenly over the whole plant. This could also work in the closet, but each plant has 8 80 watt 4 foot shop light fixtures, so it can get heavy and a bit hot. It was cheap to build though.

What is it? looks like wild hemp. So many problems here nute burn, lack of lighting, stringy old sativa, too many bud sights the plant doesnt know where to divert energy, I dont like the silly rack down the middle, also you burnt them with that homemade cocktail you sprayed on the scraggly looking things.

The plants look bad because of the spider mite and thrips mostly, that and the spray. All of that light is fluorescent.
