leaves seems to be dying ( Need Help)

hi my plant leave seems to be died or something is not right with them since i transplanted from cup to pot i also used neem pesticide for the white flies on them yesterday today this is what it came up to

can any one suggest me what is happening with them?

i am growing this outdoor under direct sunlight around 6-8 hours and and rest under normal shade around 18 hours basically and i am growing this in coco peat with other nutrients in it like vermi compost vermiculate .etc

it was growing good but when i transplanted to the pot it started looking little droopy and got whiteflies then i read online and made a homemade pesticide with neem oil, detergent and luke warm water and sprayed and today this is how it looks like they are dead or something
