If you hadn’t just repotted them I would likely say a nutrient problem but I doubt that if you just repotted them it would show up so fast. But it still could be something that is nutrient related that was about to show up in your old smaller pots and since your roots have not yet had a chance to spread into newer soil that could be the problem and it just appears to have been related to the repotting so it could be nutrient related. What have you been feeding them and how often and in what amounts?

If your new larger pots are much taller and you did not raise your light the plants would be closer to your light so it could be heat stress.

Pictures would be a big help if you can provide them. If not maybe a more detailed description and timeline and other information about your overall setup like temperatures and humidity if you know it and what size pots you went from and into and the age/size of your plants and any other detail you can add. The more info you can give the more likely it is that someone can pinpoint the problem instead of shotgunning and saying it could be this or this or that.

i start my seedlings inside and i got the lights on 24 hours so it never gets cold for vegetating plants
