What's up everyone! I'm fairly new to the forum and yes this is my first grow.
I have some Wappa and a Silver LA under 1k watt MH HID. They are 27 days into veg, tallest ones being 12" and 14" from the soil (light is currently 3ft from canopy). I have not added any nutes whatsoever yet and they are in Roots Organic soil.
They started beautifully and were thriving until some fan leaves started curling upwards, tips browning and getting crisp (mainly on the 2 tallest girls). I have been trying to move the light higher up at the pace of the plants growth, but have been slacking a bit.
According to some research I have done it's looking a Magnesium defficiency or a Zinc defficiency. Is it either of those defficiencies or can the heat of the lamp and distance from the canopy be the cause?
Here is a pic of the Silver LA which is loving life!
I'm hoping some of you with a ton of experience have seen this before and can give me some insight on the cause and maybe even the remedy for this. Thank you very much in advance! Stay high...Peace!
