Leaves droopy

I left this little girl with her buddies outside in a secure area, only the birds and wind can get to her:



This plant is one of the first to sprout, and the leaves seem a bit droopy, shes about a little less than a week old. It has been raining about every other day so I created holes in the cup a few on the bottom and one on the side, it seemed to lessen the moisture a bit. Are the leaves droopy because all of the rain?

I suck at soil, but I know that weed loves good drainage.
What are you growing in? It looks rather mulchy.

I am using Fox Farm Soil, should I poke more holes in the cup container?

yeah you should.....its water logged and stressed from cold ....get it out of the rain if you can....

Yeah I put a few more holes in the cup, I didn't realize how wet it was until the sun came up, it's really hot now so hopefully some water will evaporate.
