Leaves curling downward?

What’s good fellow stoners? I need advice. I noticed leaves curling & brown, scorched looking, at the tips. I see it’s a nitrogen burn or overwatering. How do I figure out which one it is & what’s the cure? I’m using fox farm ocean forest soil as my medium btw
