Severe micronutrient deficiencies going on there likely due to high pH.

That soil doesn't look all that great and with little info about it and what you're feeding it it's hard to tell for sure what's going on. What's your water quality like too?

Any time the new growth is affected but old growth looks good it's micros.

Better soil would likely help. You could buy some and repot her into a larger pot using good soil. What you have there looks like it's pretty heavy with poor drainage and without added nutrients the plant has likely eaten all the available food in it.

If your tap water is hard or of a high pH then the soil will be too and that prevents micronutrients from being used by the plant even if they are there.

Do you have access to a hydro shop or a store selling gardening supplies? A person can use backyard dirt if you add some stuff to it like compost and/or manures for food and perlite for drainage then adjust the pH of the tap water you are using or use reverse osmosis water.

Get a basic book from the following link and read up a bit about how to grow good pot so you have a better understanding of the plant's needs. Lots of basic info in the forums too if you look around in the beginners sections.

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS . I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links. Just right click on what you want and then "Save Link As" to download so they don't open first as many are 50+ megs. They got lots. Enjoy.

There are numerous medium to grow in, even outdoors you must amend the soil. NEVER use dirt right from the ground. No matter the feedings if your soil sucks, so will your grow. Good luck.
