leaves are dying, normal?

Hi, my plant is just a baby but its starting to grow a bit. anyways the 2 bottom leaves that are round shriveled up and died and the two spiked leaves that grew first are starting to too. should i pull them off? and is that normal to happen.

also a quick question my plant is growing up straight then leans towrad the side is this a problem?

i am having the same problem with my plants the two bottom spiked leaves are yellow and dying, what caused this?

the soil you used had ferts in it already.so when you water the plant the nutes being taken in are to strong for the lil lady....flush flush
