Leave look sickly and eaten

So I have blue thunder in veg under 450w LED 20” away. I checked for signs of pests and critters but nothing to be found, literally anywhere, but the newer growth keeps having holes appear with a golden brown around it. Thoughts?!?
Could it be water droplets sit on the leave?

that first one almost looks like catapiller damage or some chewing critter. ive had plants do that too with no adverse effects.
if you think its some bug or grub, try a uv torch during night time/dark period and they glow ,so can be seen and relocated or killed, depending on how you roll

spiders, find a spider and put a uf light on it. mind blowingly beutifull

Looks like you got some kind of chomper eating your plant. Neem is your friend.
