Leave curling... side ways?

Hi all,

My babies are around2-3 weeks old, but more of their growth had been stunned and their leaves are kinda curling side ways:


Any suggestion on what should be done to make them better? I am using hydroponic system.

Also one of the plant which is stunned kinda turn yellow... is it still alive?

Are you giving them any nutes? (theyr still very small so they would be sensative to nutes). What is your lighting situation like bro?

I am giving them lush gro for nutrients. I am currently using UFO led lamp, but it's mainly red led. Should I change the light to more blue led since blue is better for vegetation stage?
