Leave clawing with yellow leaves bottom

Never had an issue like this it’s showing like it’s a nitrogen toxicity, And then at the bottom foliage is showing me a nitrogen deficiency. Any pointers, my only conclusion that it might be I root rot what you guys think?

I feel like they are hungry. It could be root rot light bleach lockout etc. Normally people tell us how they grew them and what they did to them and then I try to determine where they went wrong based on my years of experience and try to steer them in the right direction.
