Hey dudes Currently growing a Karma Sour Diesel BX2 clone. It came rooted in a rockwool cube that I transplanted into coco/perlite at a 50/50 mix. Currently feeding 250ppm of CalMag Agent, 650ppm of Canna A and B, for a total of 1.8ec (900ppm) 5.85ph. Room Temp 76 degrees. RH 61. Leaf Temp 73 degrees. .91kPa VPD. Migro Array 2 at 150ish ppfd.

Last 3 feedings Inflow and Outflow(runoff) numbers:

12/21
In: 900ppm 1.8ec 5.85ph
Out: 910ppm 1.8ec 6.05ph

12.22
In: 920ppm 1.8ec 5.82ph
Out: 950ppm 1.9ec 5.85ph

12.22
In: 910ppm 1.8ec 5.91ph
Out: 880ppm 1.8ec 6.15ph

I give them about 150-250ppfd veg all the way to flip and 500-700ppfd flower. They just get fried if I go past that. They might wonk out at 150 but then gets close to 300 again and raise light. Its a 3x3 light about 235w or little more but its on 20% the whole time.

2’ high but gets closer as they grow and sometimes need to raise it if its burning again. It happens easy. The purple leaf stem shows its got enough light to turn purple that fast compared to new growth and some purple branches as well. Im sure the leaf stem will just go purple its what they do but not as bad if too much light.

Id say 150 is too low but if it grows closer to 300 it starts to burn past that so I raise light. Idk its just my grow it may be unorthodox but ya.

I do 1.7ec but when I flip I gots some dialing in to do with a all new setup. Dries really fast so might need to lower ec idk will see. If I drop ec in veg they get sick so idk. Maybe this is a vehicle only I can drive lol. Full of broken things only I know how to use.

"its just my grow it may be unorthodox but ya." - agreed, you have a serious problem in your grow environment. Their growth pattern makes it very clear that they're not getting enough light but the good thing is that you're not spending much money on electricity.

What are you suggesting I do? Or what that serious problem is?

I dont think most of us are perfect growers Im just trying to get to harvest with as decent health possible. Theyre 60% sativa they grow lanky I just keep getting sativas for some reason. I think OPs plants are fine. My veg plants are fine. I err on the side of caution so they dont get burned and stunted.

I favor how the clones grow down stairs in cool conditions but I vegged in 80F before. They spread out without training. Check out my plant problems thread I update the same thread its cool as everything Ive ever had and likely fixed.. Is there.

Dropping the ec got them sick infact had to juice them up to proceed. Ever since then the ec cant drop unless I should if Im feeding 8x a day. People can think they have it in control when if they just added a box fan and drop rh need to learn how to grow all over again.

People say rootball size doesnt matter but I did 3 gallon 1.1ec was fine until I did 1 gallon. All sudden I changed everything and needed 1.7ec which one said to do so, 1.2ec base feed. So I think it matter and one person said so. I grew out a solo cup was told they need a low ec all day drip.

I grew 1 liter though which is close to the same and its been fine so thats a thinker. Anyway my plants where not flowerable below 1.7ec and Im not gonna feed it 6x a day in veg to compensate. In terms of relevant I wouldnt cause problems when everything looks fine. Thats the definition of helicopter growing.

Idk what the obsession of blasting them with light is, its only gave me issues which doesnt mean I have issues. Plants need what they need. Im open to coversation problem is the people saying I have issues wont keep replying in follow ups. Even with me appropriately processing their info and just asking questions.. No answer..

Ive deprived them of light before by growing out a clone under the canopy. It basically didnt grow any roots or foliage just grow wonky as hell. Enough light and its growing compact again. Too much and now its burning. So just messing around with light finding a fine line.

Those were 8 oz plants that grew just fine come flower at just 150w for 2.5x2.5 six and half feet tall which counts a lot. Sure it will stretch a little but its better than burning.

In fact this time I just left light in same position and just letting them grow into it. Those smaller plants are about a month old ready to mostly fill any space especially 2 more wks. They reach a turning point where foliage growth is exponential. They can fill a 3x3 easy. At least for my preferences avoiding mold.

They are very sativa they fill spaces too packed. Heres a plant before and after flip of a new pheno new strain still sativa. Just one liter pots.
