Leaf problem

Its only on 4/5 leaves x2 plants
Other 3 in the same tent are all fine no issues

I never test/alter ph i use straight tap water what i leave to set for 1/2h before adding nutes too. its never caused me any majour issues before now

I'd firstly look for pests...looks like mite or thrip damage on the first pic. Also, be sure you're not locking out all that P and K you're feeding with something else. The chattered leave margins would suggest they want more, but if you're feeding it already, you may want to look into why they aren't getting it...perhaps your pH should be looked at, even if for nothing but shits and giggles.
