Leaf issues

I have 4 clones that I started the start of april outside with supplemental lighting. They all look mostly healthy but 1 of them is having spotting on the lower fan leaves and I can't figure out from pictures online what exactly it would be and if I need to worry. Wondering if anyone has any information for me, thanks.

Need more info on soil, nutes or water schedule, ph, all that good info to properly address any issue/s.

I used Foxfarm ocean forest potting soil. I used grow big as well and seemed all the plants saw some nutrient burn so I flushed them and they have done decent but not long after these spots occured on one of them. Also I water when the top layer is dry so about every other day. And I haven't been able to take Ph levels I don't actually have a tool.
