By happen stance I had to give my plants, 6 days of 16/8 lighting after 10 days of 12/12. They seem like they’re progressing super slow, almost nothing.

Your plants are reverting to veg because you interrupted the bud cycle. You shocked your plants and it takes roughly two weeks to get back on track. That's my best guess without seeing all the factors.
