To get an accurate diagnosis of your plant we need as much information as possible.

1) PICTURE OF PLANT *** VERY IMPORTANT ***
2) Growing indoor or outdoors
3) Watering schedule
4) Growing Medium
5) What stage of growth

The more information you put in here the better diagnosis you will get.
Growing indoors
Watering when soil is dry
Miracle Grow Moisture Control soil
vegatative, 12 days since breaking through the soil

One of her leaves on the second true pair is looking like it hasn't unfurled completely. I figured this would fix itself but it has been several days.

that soil is probally too hot. are you sure your soil is dry? that moisture control crap doesnt dry evenly really. for the future i would never use it again, if you cant afford decent soil you'd be better off getting some organic miracle grow potting soil, and a bag of pearlite or vermiculite. and mix it with the soil, about 75% soil 25% of whatever soil loosener you choose to use. if you could i'd get some fox farm ocean forest or happy frog and mix it the same way as i said above.

its kept under a led array which doesnt emit very much heat at all. I'm sure the soil is dry when I water, I have added verm to aid with drainage, but I'll switch to making my own soil as you suggested for the next crop.

This frequently happens if you use miracle grow soils, thats why people on here dont like mg or ever advise using it. Dont get me wrong, you can grow with miracle grow soil and do semi-decent but it will cause you problems like this unless you cut it with something, especially if your new and havent really mastered growing yet. watch your plant like a hawk for any signs of it being close to getting nuteburn once you start feeding it, which you can tell because the leaves will get real dark green. Your ph is gonna be pretty hard to keep in check too most likely. I think you should go get some better soil and transplant them into new containers asap. I'm not criticizing you or your grow, just trying to help you out. I wouldnt of taken the time to type it all out if i was and wouldnt of given you the best advice i can.
