Leaf cupping both up and down?

The leaves on this plant are cupping, both up and down. Ive noticed one tip is a tiny bit burnt and one cupped leaf has a brown spot on one side.

A grower friend suggeted nute burn or too little water in the soil. Ive been keeping it watered, not flooded, but every other day or so wetting down the dirt. The humidity is sort of low rn so ive been misting it from time to time with a spray bottle too. Usually morning and evening.

Sprouted in MG potting mix on my porch first week of July. Moved to the tent and planted in Fox Farms Ocean Forest about a week ago.

Pics attached. I have a LED light so i took pics with and without the light on

Looks like slight nute burn, probably left over from the MG..
Should grow thru it..

I tried to shake the roots out a little when I transplanted it but I guess I didnt get it enough. Good to know itll wear off. My grower friend said the FF might be a little hot for veg stage too? I seem to see mixed reviews about it now. Some people saying too hot for veg, but others saying its good for the whole grow.

I used Fox Farms Ocean Forest for quite awhile. In my mind I kept insisting the soil was fine. My plants look better after switching to Pro Mix HP.

That was something that was also suggested, switching to pro mix. Now I cant decide if I should just keep what I got or switch it again while its still early.

If it's in the fox farm might as well just let it ride it out in there, then next grow make the switch.
No sense wasting your ffof, it will Grow a nice plant for a month or 2

It looks like it HAD a nitrogen toxicity. The leaf's grew in that position during the toxicity and now they are slightly deformed that way. Should grow out of it under proper care.

IMO the up and down variance in the leaf cupping might be a response to your foliar spraying + slightly dry conditions. No big deal, it looks generally healthy.

Don't overthink it.
