Leaf clawing/curling?

Hey friends. So I have this dinafem cheese cbd plant and it has 3 or 4 fan leaves starting to show the signs of leaf clawing at the tips, but it looks pretty good so far other than this. The plant is about 3 weeks old.
Any suggestions on what I should do? I'm just a beginner grower so I don't know a lot really. Thanks

It's over fed. Classic tip burn. Cut the amount fertilizer by 1/4-1/2 the dose. It's not that big of deal.
 
i used all natural soil amendments like kelp meal and alfalfa meal, so i water the plant with pure water no chemicals. i guess the best thing for me to do is to add peat moss to cut my soil mix that is currently baking under the sun so i dont have the same issue with all the plants i grow in the future. so by "it's not that big of deal", i take it this plant isn't quite ruined and it will still probably be decent smoke at harvest?

Yes Sir, it's a healthy plant. The bigger it gets the more nutrients it'll take in. Younger plants burn easier then older plants. The burnt tips are also letting you know how hot the soil is. All of my plants have faint tip burn because I'm trying a different fertilizer. It happens.

Your tip burn is mild also. Bad tip burn is about 1/2" of the tip turning light brown and doing a full curl in.
 
What type of soil are you using and what other amendments did you do? Wormcastings bat guanno etc? also how often are you watering and are they in a regular pot or smart pot?, if your going organic you shouldnt be getting that burn unless you gave them a hot dose of N like blood meal or bat guano. here is mine in its 70th day under the scrog net just showed first pistil today, and i have given these nothing but water it gets everything from the soil and my top dressings.IMG_1217.JPG
 
Hey that's a nice green plant there mikey!
I use smart pots, it's currently in a 3 gallon. I'm watering about once a day with some mistings in between, but I try my best to keep the soil moist at all times. I use a 60% peat moss, 25% earthworm castings, and 15% coco coir base soil amended with local alfalfa and kelp meal, neem seed meal, hi-cal garden lime, azomite. I also use about 6 all natural amendments from Down to Earth which are soybean meal, acid mix, bio-live, bio-fish, all-purpose mix and vegan mix. Some of Down to Earths products are not all natural and some contain animal byproducts or chemicals which I tried to refrain from such products. And lastly I used a bit of "Bokashi Bran" which has beneficial microbes and mychorrizae (fungi).

Seems like quite a mix, if it were me id simplify it, otherwise there are a lot of different things to take into account when trying to troubleshoot. Keep them in that nice Sun, reduce nutrients, potentially water a little less often.
 
I would recommend backing way off the all natural products your using your plants dont need them yet especially anyting with the N in it, the worm castings are plenty, and you shouldnt be watering everyday need to let that soil dry out cannabis does not like to sit in a wet soil i would recommend getting a moisture meter and checking before you water i know you got coco in there and that dries out quick but the worm castings and soil will hold alot of moisture. but im guessing all that bio fish and down to earth is whats giving you N toxicity.

And thanks for the compliment on the plants lol, the one on the left is resting comfortly in the compost pile it hermied on me guess thats the punishment for growing gorrila glue bag seed lol IMG_1226.JPG IMG_1229.JPG
 
Okay I will listen to your advice. And yeah I figured I possibly overdid it with the amendments. I compiled this soil after 3 consecutive grows all having deficiencies so I just did not want to deal with that low nutrient problem again.
