Leaf burn after moving plants outdoors

Doing a photoperiod grow in coco coir outdoors with supplemented lighting. Noticed heavy leaf burns and dry outs on a few plants after moving them from an indoor nursery (LED light) to their final outdoor greenhouse. Noticed effects on 3 of my 9 plants. Ruled out burning caused by the supplemented light since I have taller plants with no issues. Any help is greatly appreciated in identifying and resolving the issue thank you. (Yes coco is on the dry side in these pictures but fixed)

Sunlight is far stronger than any lights
The burn is from not hardening off plants before full sun

As Herb n Suds advised....must harden the heifers off before you put them in the full sun
