Lavender - 240w J Series 2700k LED - Coco drain to waste - Week 4 flower - Strange green things on top growth.

Hi guys,

I have these strange green things that are appearing on the tops of the colas that seem to be spreading. Only on the ones closest to the light. This is a DIY LED panel using 240w of J seriers crees at 2700k. Initially these were a little close and the tops got a little light bleached but they have since been pulled back and now sit around 12 inches from the tops.
Does anyone know what they are?
I am fearing a hermi.

That will probably be from the light bleaching as this is what happens if it carries on
