Latest Time to Transplant

Hey guys just had a quick question. What is the latest into flowering i could transplant? I go from clones under clf's to 5.5" containers for about 2 weeks under 600 watt hps then to a 2 gallon container. So is 2 weeks into flower ok to transplant or am i reducing my yeild or causing a lot of added stress by doing this?

i would think that it would add a bit more stress to the plant and probably will decrease the yield at the end but don't just take my world for it wait for more posts.
