late flowering?

hi guys. Im still a little new to the forum but I had a question. This is my first grow and I have about 14 plants left out of 20. 6 of them so far are males. There is 1 plant though that still hasnt show signs of either sex but all the plants around it have. Its weird because its really tall and all the other tall plants are well into the beginning of flowering. will this plant produce less bud because it hasnt sexed yet or will it just catch up?
