Checking a wrapped up/smell proof oz in checked baggage tomorrow. They x-ray all the checked baggage at EVERY airport now or what?


Was going to store it wrapped up inside a package of t-shirts inside a t-shirt, but I'm thinking I may go the route of the "accidental smuggler"? Any last minute input?

The "don't take it" won't really work here. Circumstances.

OH, and I'm throwing a small totally cleaned glass pipe in toiletrie bag (in checked)...should be okay since clean, yeah?

I'd carry it on myself. They don't x-ray humans, typically. How much space is available in your rectum? :lol:

Stashing it on yourself is much safer. Mailing it ahead of you or buying some at your destination is even better. Plan ahead next time.

Edit: If it's making noise you're not doing it right. It needs to be tightly rolled and taped. And bagged again in a residue free bag.

Was VERY quick. My father just passed and this is some of the stuff he grew. His pipe, too. Was just in town for his funeral for a few days. Was busy with other stuff...no time to mail really.

I saw some stuff on the news about certain airports now have a fullbody xray picture taker. Sounds crazy but google it, you stand still and put your hands in the air at the metal detector part of the airport. It's viewed in a seperate room but I'd imagine they would stop you before you board. Me? I'm also moving some weed but by car but by plane would make me shit my pants if I tried to smuggle it.

The airport I'll be checked in at doesn't have the full body scanner. I know that. Arkansas can't afford that kind of thing.

SO I put it in one ziploc bag, then but that bag inside a small garbage bag, rolled it tight as hell to get all air out, then I wrapped the whole thing tight in electric tape. That should do it, yeah? Just shove it in my pants and go?
