Large Grow Cabinet Idea (SoG, Perp, Not sure about lighting yet)

Okay, so here are the designs I have made up, in SketchUp, so far. It is going to be a SoG, perpetual harvest, using small aeroponics buckets (link below), not sure about the lighting yet. It with either be 25 36W CFLs with independent reflectors, or 5 150W HPS for flowering, 54W of FL for the mother, and 42W (3x14W) FL for the clones. I will be using 3/4" plywood for everything but the backing, which will be 1/4". The complete dimensions are 96" wide x 61.5" tall x 30" deep.

From the front, you see there are 3 "columns", from left to right, top to bottom, you have the flower chamber, sealed exhaust chamber (not sealed in pic), misc storage, clone chamber, mother chamber. I put the exhaust/storage in the middle to act as both a light and heat buffer between the flowering and the clone/mother, and because the exhaust should line up directly below the window in the room its going into, exhaust going out the roof of the cabinet, that is. Doors and what not, I haven't figured out yet, for the flower area, I was thinking of just having it swing up and use a stand on each end, sorta like with car engine hoods, lol. The pictures aren't perfect, I will have 1"x1" along most of the edges, like you see in the flowering chamber. It will allow me to use 2 strips of weather sealing and maybe a thick bead of silicone to keep a light/environment seal, I think I may use magnets (Neodymium) to keep the door shut, they would give me the needed force keeping it shut, as well as keeping things clean looking.

From the Back, it will normally be covered with some 1/4" panelling of some sort. But you can see that "shelf" inside the flowering chamber. There is a 2" gap from the front and back, this is going to act sorta like baffling. I will be cutting a hole between that area and the exhaust chamber, to the left of it, and running some ducting to about the middle of that shelf. It is the same design that is used in most laboratory fumehoods, so I figured it would be good enough for this. I am going to put the intake holes for the flowering chamber in the bottom right (of this picture), and put a HEPA filter in there as well. Lights, if I use CFLs, will be attached to panels that I will be able to lower using Yoyo suspenders, or the suspenders will be attached to cool tubes for HPS, the HPS would also be a closed system and have its own exhaust. I'll most likely be using CFLs though, since I think heat would be an issue.

I have been mulling over this idea and tweaking it all day, and I just now realized I forgot a chamber, the "control" chamber where all the switches/controls and such will be. I will probably move the storage/exhaust panel up a few inches, and put in another panel a few inches below, give myself about 8" of height.

Aeroponics made easy: https://www.rollitup.org/blogs/blog5669-diy-aeroponics-made-easy-40.html

I live in Canada, so I can't get the ITSO Tubs from Target (which they don't seem to sell anymore?), but Walmart sells a modular storage system called Sterilite, they sell a 23L and a 12L that fit into each other just like in those instructions, I will be using them. I may also have to buy cooling pads to put underneath them just in case the pumps heat up the water too much.

The only thing that really worries me is how tall the plants will get, I want to keep them under 30" tall so they don't hit the lighting when it is as high as it can go. As it is now, when the lights are at the top (using CFLs), I will have about 33 1/4" worth of space between them and the tops of the aeroponics chambers. Not a ton of room, I could probably squeeze a few more inches if I move the baffle panel upwards 2-4" (it is at 6" right now).

So what do you guys think, give me some critiquing.
