lack of light or nute deficiency?

This is one of the lower leaves on one of my plants, could someone tell me what they think?



Also do these veins look normal? I know there is a little nute burn on the one at the bottom of the picture.

What lights are you using?

Seems to me though you have a nute problem.

Well I'm not sure of the ph, I did a soil test not too long ago and the ph result was inconclusive, the mixture was supposed to be a shade of green but turned out blue. Any suggestions for testing ph?
