Recently I came across some buds called Kung Pow, I did a little research on the strain not much though, i didn't find many results on it but from my finds it looked like there were one or two medical dispensaries in California that had the Kung Pow strain, anyways my report on it is it was great! absolutely wonderful buds, probably my favorite batch I've got atkeast in the last year. But anyway here is just a quick report on it, I wish I would ofbtaken pics at the time but I wasn't involved with the RIU forum at the time, in my future strain reviews I will include pictures of the buds. But anyways sorry if this is too vague, if it is I will be more detailed in future posts.
Look/Physical Description: light green, very crystaly, regular orange hair coverage, thinner stems
Smell/Taste: delicious, very sugary sweet smelling and tasting similar to fruity pebble smell nor sugary fruitynceral, very light hint of citrus/lemony, hint of keefy hashy taste due to intense crystal cover. It smoked pretty nice and smooth with a little harshnkick, probablynagain due to all those wonderful crystals
High/Buzz: very nice and strong, just how I like it. Good head cerebral high. Didn't drag me down at all, plenty of energy to go about the day. Very nice, I would give it an 8.5 out of 10 for overall strength and buzz
Crystal Coverage: great, lots and lots, to somewhat try to give you an idea after running through an 8th of an ounce through my standard sized Kanaster grinder (mid sized model $55) my bottom keef tray was nice and full, not to the top and like overflowing but a good amount, enough for many personal hits
Density/Bud Texture: pretty good consistency I guess it's kinda personal preference whether you like dense buds or fluffy buds this was perfectly in the middle, dense but still dried nice, just great for pipe, joint, vaporizing, worked great for everything
Indica/Sativa: pretty sure it was a sativa dominant strain, but like I said I didn't do much research on the strain name
