But what I cant figure out is what the highlighted sentence in this paragraph means

In a study commissioned by the recently enacted U.S. government, found that children of parents who smoke or have smoked marijuana, three times more likely to smoke themselves. The reason for this is to be implied relationship to the parents of the drug, as if talking about it or not. For children of course not good to smoke. Besides all the obvious reasons, it is irrelevant, that the teenagers who smoke may be extended adolescence. Since THC affect the hormone system, some doctors branch also emphasizing that this girl startled hair, boys as they have breasts.

Eating too much can give you man boobs too, and not shaving will make you a hairy girl. People are idiots who like to scape goat drugs and other easy targets. On another note though, kids probably shouldn't smoke (at least not regularly) because getting high a lot during a confusing developmental time when one is still very sophomoric and still does not have a basic education isn't a very good idea. But that's just my opinion

I bet alcohol and tobacco have higher rates, and who could call that good for our children.

I didnt start until i was 17, both parents smoke. My friends started around 14-15 but i was determined not to, until i found out the truth about it. I believe marijuana should not be smoked by anyone not prepared, not really based on age. By prepared i mean able to make decisions for yourself rather than based on a group mentality. Marijuana effects people differently and naturally some people will love it(me) others will only do it to try fit in or so they have a group to identify with. [RANT] I hate what i call "show off" smokers, people who broadcast that they smoke talk about it all the time and try show off what they know about marijuana. Marijuana for me is way of not only relaxing but a way to develop spiritually, a way to understand my mind better(you can tell im a Leary freak).[END RANT]
