kind of daylight

I am going to grow one plant in my living room on the table. Should I get a 42 watt full spectrum daylight with 2800 lumens and 6500k, or a 55 watt full spectrum daylight with 3600 lumens and only 5000k.

Also what is the difference between "global" and "energy"

In your living room??? Why would you do that? I think maybe you should do some more research.

I just bought 5, 30 watt full spectrum daylights, 6400k 2000 lumens. I am going to make a small growbox for smell. How many plants do think I can grow, and how much do you think I could yield?

At bare bare BARE minimum I'd say 3000 lumens per sq ft. Ideal would be 5,000- 7,000 lumens per sq ft imo. To mimic the sun it would be 10,000 lumens per sq ft. So you'll prob be able to get away with 1-2 plants. As far as yield, there's too many factors personally to judge how much you would yield per plant.

When you go into flower and as the plants get older you're going to want to invest in more lights though.

Hope this helps, and sorry if I came off rude, smoked one too many so I'm kinda blunt at the moment. :bigjoint:

I still can't figure why you would do this in your living room? Are you going to do this in the corner or something. I hope you don't have any windows to look into and see a plant sitting in the middle of the room. I can't get this idea, out of my head of a charlie brown christmas tree type plant sitting on a coffee table under a drafting table type lamp. Sorry first image that came to my mind. Unless you live in a state that growing id legal I would rethink the Living room deal.
