Kandy Kush, WW, and pinapple express under 1300watt hps! Rep to all who stop by!

Here is the setup: I'm growing 2 WW, 1 pinapple express, and 1 kandy kush all feminized beans from "the tude". The KK sprouted on 10-20, and the other 3 on 10-27 so the KK is 1 week older than the other 3. It's still in the 80's where I live so for many hours of the day I put them outside in the real sunlight and they always seem to love that. When they are inside for now they are veging under 300 watts hps (2 150 watters) and a few 6500k cfl's to make sure I cover the blue. I'm growing in the closet of my bedroom which is the master suite of the house so there is an A/C supply vent in the closet and a true return in the bedroom so I have really good air circulation in the closet.I've been drooling over the thousand watt digi's for a while now and finally came up with the $ to pay for it so I just bought a Lumatek digital dimmable 1000watt MH/HPS system with the Xtrasun 6" air cooled reflector. I'm sooooo excited about that! I'm tracking it and it should show up either today or tommorow. Insufficient light will never be a problem for me again! And I'm gonna hang the 2 150watters sideways at the bottoms of the plants. I'm trying to grow some monsters! LOL! I planted them all to close to the sides of thier pots cause when they get long enough to reach the other side of thier pots I'm gonna LST, take thier tops and bend them across thier pot and tie the tops down. This will be my first time LSTing so I'm excited to see the different results. I've always used miracle grow potting soil with micro max nutes and it has worked great for me. I'll also be using Botanicare's Pro Grow and Pro Bloom. I use Black Magic Extra Stout throughout most of the flowering process and it produces awesome results. I've done a couple grows where I ran the same strand side by side and gave the Black Magic to 1 plant and not the other and both times the plant with it had more bigger, denser, and more aromatic buds on them. Thats the rundown of what I have going on. Rep to everyone who stops in. I see that lots of people are using molasses. I'm hoping someone could teach me why and then let me know what kind I need to buy and how much I'm supposed to use.

unsulphered molasses adds carbs to the plant adding as much as 30% more weight, I add 1 tablespoon per galloon

Is unsulfered molasses something you can get at wal mart or the grocery store? Do you use it in veg and flower? The whole way through? Also, UPS delivered my thousand watter today and all 4 youngsters are cooking underneath it now. +rep for stopping by!

Make sure to be carful not to burn your plants with the new light. I always believe it is better to run the light for 24 hours before putting anything under it. I might just be crazy. However it sounds like you have a grasp on things, good stuff man, good luck!

Don't know enough about molasses to give any advise there, sorry.

Can anyone tell me how to add a link to my journal in my sig? I see everybody else has links to thier grow journals that appear in thier sig every time they post but I can't figure out how to do it.

Okay, let's try this again. I posted yesterday and it's not here and I also sent you a private message and you must not have got it. Go to My Rollitup > My Settings (left side of screen). > Edit Signature. You can pretty much do what you want once in there.

Thanx 4 being patient Heeling. It's there now. Here are a few more pics 4 now. The big one is of course is my KK at 1 week and 3 days. The 2 smaller girls are my 3 day old White Widows, and the tiny one with the seed pod still on her head is the pinapple express. I'm a lil worried about that one. It doesn't seem to have moved at all over the last 36 hours so we will see how she developes over the next couple days. If it were to not make it I'm gonna immediately germ a fem blueberry gum seed and add it to the mix. I like a variety. I've got everyone under the 1000watter (dimmed down to 600watts) except the PE and it's outside under the real sun right now. I'm hoping it will come on and pop outta that seed!

Its made by microbrewed fertillizers and is thier flagship product. I know it's a pk booster but not much more. you are supposed to use it like 3 weeks into flowering all the way to the end. I found a website for them just by searching the name but got turned onto it by the guy at my local hydro store. I paid $117 for a bottle about the size of a "big gulp" (oddly enough the amount of fluid inside the bottle is not on the label). I don't mind paying that to produce superior end results. For all I know its only worth $5. I just know that I'm pleased with the results. Also, you can't buy thier product from thier website. They will refer you to your closest dealer or you can apply there to become a distibutor of thier products but you can't buy directly from them. Wonder what thats about?

What up brotha, I got my chair pulled up for the fun!! Like jesus said about the molasses I use 1 tblespoon per gallon aswell.. I've read you can use it in veg too but I just run it throughout flowering including the flush..

+rep to smelly! I was hoping you would stop buy! I've been having a blast following ur most recent grows. I got some grandma's molasses tonight at Publix and put bout a half tblspn to a gallon along with the botanicare pro grow and gave everybody but the PE a good watering. I can see the KK leaves geting bigger by the hour it seems like with all that light it's geting now. The WW are coming along nicely too. Lets all pause for a moment and say a quick prayer for the PE. I'll be disappointed if she doesn't pull through and spring to life. Anyway, thanx for stopping by.

I had the same problem with the PE I got from Attitude. I germed mine and it got about 1/2" tall and I didn't see anymore growth. I watered it and it started floating! I think there is a weak batch they are sending out as freebies. I hope you didn't order them masscom25.

No I didn't pay for it. It was a freebie.

Yeah, my main order was Greenhouse Seeds "The Church" but I figured I would get my footing back by growing the freebies. How many plants total are you growing right now? I have two fems under a 125W Feliz 6500K Vegging bulb and it is pretty awesome and only cost me $80 total for bulb and ballast. I couldn't imagine having 1000W HID. I would like to have one when I do my Church scrog next month, but I have a 400W HPS with a Hortilux as it is. Your grow looks good so far. I subbed last night when I helped you the first time, so I will be watching

Yes, you can buy it at Wal Fart.
Buy the GrandMa's Unsulfured Molasses. Yellow label on bottle.
The CalMag and Iron in GrandMa's is higher in percentage than what Pure Blend Pro CalMag is too !
You can use it during the entire veg and bloom if you want.
If used in veg, I just give once weekly at 15ml per gallon but you can give it more often too.
Same amount throughout bloom too, including during the flush phase.
Makes your buds very sweet and good after a proper dry and cure.
Treat it like any other CalMag product basically.

how long do you plan on vegging for? i had a p.e that didnt even come up from attitude, and it too was a freebie, i guess gods vagina isnt for me after all . Best o luck

I sold an old truck I had just sittin around the yard to get the money for the new light. We have newer better vehicles now and it wasn't geting used but I was still paying for the tag and insurance. All I ever drive anyway is my company truck. Let the boss pay for my gas! All I have under that giant light is 1 KK and 2 White Widows that are a week younger than the KK. I don't think the PE is gonna make it. Thats wierd to hear that you had the same seed from the same breeder do the same thing mines doing. kinda seems a shame to have all that light and only 3 plants under it. I'll start germing a bluberry gum fem seed (another freebie) tomorrow and add it to the mix. I was thinkin about throwing a couple bagseed in party cups and going strait to 12/12 with them since I have plenty of light to go around and they don't take up much space. For thier night time I'll just yank the party cups out every night and throw 'em in a drawer or something. I have a couple other strains I may germ out soon too. I'm starting to realize the potential of all that light. You can grow a lot at one time with the kinda light this thing puts out but I'm still learning as I go.
