just some help please

ok so first things first, i planted my seeds 75 days ago this tuesday wihtout germinating, and screwed up the nutes, then i left them in too small of pots, there in bigger ones now, but the stems to the leaves are still very small, should i bother too clone or just flower the whole plant? also i bought everything (lights etc. etc) off my buddies boss, if someone could tell me the uses and how to use all these chemicals i would appreciate that.

Kelp spray -
Hydrogen Peroxide -
PH 7 -
Calibration solution -
PH 4 -
Buffer solution -
Super Thirve

They all have hydroponic store labels so i know they're all for plants, but i only know what some of them are for, like PH Down, and rooting hormone etc.

Do you have a ph meter?
If not no need for ph solutions, those are for caliberating ph meter
Super thrive is suppose to be good for transplanting and stress relieve.
Hydrogen peroxcide is good for roots, it adds more oxygen molecuels around the roots.
Kelp spray will be good for vigor and green growth.

ok so the super thrive, kelp spray and hydrogen peroxide i shold use it during my regular veg growth?

Hydrogen Peroxcide is more for Hydro, but the others are a start (veg).
