Just seeking some tips

Any growing tips or tips on finding local growing jobs? Just hoping someone can give me some advice. I'm not brand new at this, but relatively.

Can you end a sentence with a preposition?
There are numerous myths relating to grammatical dos and don’ts, many of which were drummed into us at school. The one that stubbornly refuses to budge from my mind is the diktat ‘never start a sentence with a conjunction such as and or but’. Another one is that one cannot end a sentence with a preposition. Let’s try to zap the one – sometimes referred to as stranded prepositions – and lay it to rest once and for all.

I apologize if my poor grammar caused some offense, but that's not entirely the point.

I have a short list of good growing tips

1 Invest The correct amount of time / money / research into this before a seed ever touches soil

2 If you have a hydro store near by go and chat them up reps give them free nute samplers that can get you through a harvest they are generally free - 50$ or less this is a great way to learn and save $$

3 Read about the different lighting available ( LED's have come a long way but some stand above others and come with the price tag to prove it. I personally like the HPS LED combo but the lighting / heat production need to fit your space.

-Don't over do it on water / nutrients
-Lift the pot to see if it needs to be watered / stick your finger in and if the dirt sticks don't water
-If the feed chart says use 1 ml / Gal use 1/4 ml / Gal and step it up from there
-Depending on your grow media mistakes in watering / nutrients in excess can be very costly depending on what life stage your plant is in.
-Decide if you want to grow in soil / hydro / soiless ( this will decide what other equipment you need / can do with out )

-If you have a question to ask the forum use the search button first and see if the answer to your question is 1 click away, because if it is you will probably not get a very useful answer from the peanut gallery.

4 Enjoy yourself, tending to a garden should be relaxing before and after harvest

I have a tip for ya, dont do it. The works long and hard like a penis. It sucks. Pays terrible. Get a 9-5 and grow on the side. You wont hate weed in six months either

Agreed, it is a lot of work and ud be doing all that work for someone else, they will have u trimming all day or filling pots with dirt or what ever and at the end of it all you have nothing to call your own ... id like to see everything stay personal, when someone starts paying other people to do everything they become more invested money wise and start caring less about quality and more about a money return... ive seen people process some spider mite moldy shit weed into wax because they wanted money... id hate to see what a big operation who is paying people, paying electric, buying everything, paying taxes and license fees would do to stay in buisness... i could be wrong im secretly against it because i would hate for that to be the thing and then outlaw personal operations... sry for my shit grammer, im on my phone on a smoke break ... but weedjobs, thcjobs, there are a lot of sites u can find them on

Are you wanting to grow to sell or smoke,
look into what people like,if you are selling any
make sure you buy the best you can afford
invest in good seed's or better good clone's but make sure they are insect free,i would go with seeds but regular ones.That way the seeds are free of any mites
try and go over kill on a out let,but make sure the in let is a decent size or the fresh air been brought in will be taken out too fast
do not over complicate thing's no need,
try and get cool hood's
hydroponics something simple to use that produces good yeilds auto pot set up
easy to use nutrients like canna a/b
