he said that if u lightly crush the stem each day when flowering and keep her suported with a stick in the ground she will repair herself much stronger and also result in much more yeilds from sprouting at the break is this true?

Yes its true. Ya dnt want to do it everyday. Ya should not have to support it with a stick. You are not crushing it that much.
