just flowering

my girls are about 1 week into flowering now, but ive noticed the white hairs already turning slighty red, and more each day. Is this normal??

have any pics? some info on your grow would help too.....

No pics mate, i dont own a digi. My current grow is window, 10/14 for flower, my plants are healthy at the moment, using neem oil solution to control pests. About 8 days into flower now... My first grow.

Yeah, that's part of the process. Most people wait until most of the hairs are red/orange. A few hairs turn red within days, but some will stay white till the very end. And the "proper" way to tell if its ready is to get a 60x - 100x magnifier and look at the trichomes. Look at the plant in 3-5 different places and each spot should be about 75% amber.

i notice is most my grow the pistils turn pink on the top early on in flower
